1bdt Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 1bdt ("1bdt", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1bdt website, mobile interface, platform services, casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, payment services, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform in any form — including visiting the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 1bdt Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Access to and use of the 1bdt Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1bdt does not permit access to any individual below the age of 21, regardless of the applicable legal gambling age in any jurisdiction.
• You must be acting as a private individual in a personal capacity, and not as a representative of any commercial entity for the purposes of wagering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 1bdt, or a close relative of any such person, unless explicit written permission has been obtained from 1bdt management.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme in effect, whether administered by 1bdt or any third-party responsible gaming service.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence and any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.

1bdt reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 1bdt will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

To access the full functionality of the 1bdt Platform, you are required to register a player account ("Account"). The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the 1bdt Platform at any one time. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as duplicate accounts and are subject to immediate suspension.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your Account. 1bdt strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling all available two-factor authentication features.
• Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Account Dormancy: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 1bdt may, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address, begin applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to cover maintenance costs, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

1bdt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the 1bdt Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds for mobile wallet transactions under normal system conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours.
• 1bdt does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment service provider are your responsibility.
• All deposited funds must be sourced from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative is approved by the 1bdt compliance team.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• 1bdt reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment account ownership, and source-of-funds declarations.
• Withdrawals will not be processed against active bonus balances. Any bonus balance must be settled — through wagering or forfeiture — before a withdrawal is approved.
• 1bdt does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, fees charged by receiving financial institutions are outside 1bdt's control and will be borne by the player.

1bdt may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria for each offer will be stated in the specific promotion terms. 1bdt reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, geographic regions, or payment methods.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each offer. Bonus balances that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account without replacement.
• Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages will be detailed in the specific promotion terms. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots.
• 1bdt operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Prohibited practices include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors in promotional mechanics, systematic low-risk wagering to convert bonus funds, and collusion with other players. Detection of any such activity will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• 1bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Once a bonus has been claimed by an eligible player and the wagering process has commenced, 1bdt will honour the stated terms for that player's active bonus balance.

All games available on the 1bdt Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. The following general conditions also apply:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes on individual sessions or wagers.
• Sports betting odds are set at 1bdt's discretion and reflect market conditions at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.

• 1bdt reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system malfunction, or manifest odds error. Notification of any such voiding will be provided to the affected player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1bdt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and recovery of any damages suffered by 1bdt:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical device to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not consistent with human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to 1bdt support immediately. Exploitation of discovered bugs, even if unintentional, may result in account action.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any component of the 1bdt Platform.
• Conducting systematic "sure-betting" or arbitrage betting strategies that are designed to eliminate risk at the expense of 1bdt's commercial interests.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 1bdt employee, support agent, or other player through any communication channel.

All content available on the 1bdt Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, data compilations, and database structures — is the property of 1bdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any 1bdt trade marks, logos, or brand identifiers without prior written consent.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary notice on the Platform.

Any use of the Platform beyond the scope of the limited licence granted above requires the prior written authorisation of 1bdt. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1bdt excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds, winnings, or profits as a result of technical failures, service interruptions, or network connectivity issues beyond 1bdt's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game content, odds, statistics, or results data displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any action taken by 1bdt in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture following detection of prohibited conduct.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1bdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, 1bdt's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1bdt collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data, transaction records, device identifiers, and usage logs for the purposes of account administration, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• Sharing of data with payment processors, game content providers, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners where necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance before the effective date.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting 1bdt customer support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any available real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification.

Termination by 1bdt: 1bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to pass or maintain identity verification requirements.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing activity.
• The player being found to be under 21 years of age.

In cases of termination for cause, 1bdt reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, account balances may be forfeited in whole or in part without recourse.

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in the English language, with the seat of arbitration determined by 1bdt at the time of the dispute.

You agree that any claim you may have against 1bdt must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a claimant or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Class action waivers of this nature are a material term of these Terms, and 1bdt would not have made the Platform available to you without them.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
